About Mason
I am a dedicated Guitar tutor with 9 years of experience teaching high school students, college students, and adults who want to learn guitar in a simple and structured way. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught around 300 students, many of whom started as complete beginners.
My teaching philosophy focuses on patience, clear explanations, and building confidence step by step. I believe that learning guitar should be enjoyable and encouraging so that students feel motivated to practise regularly. In my lessons, I focus on important fundamentals such as chords, rhythm exercises, strumming patterns, and finger coordination.
These skills help students develop a strong foundation and improve their playing ability over time. I also guide students in learning songs they enjoy because it makes practice more interesting and meaningful. Teaching hundreds of students has helped me understand different learning styles and adjust my lessons based on each student's needs.
Some of my students have performed in school and college programmes after gaining confidence in their playing. My goal is to help students grow their guitar skills and develop a lasting love for music.

My teaching style for Guitar focuses on creating an encouraging learning environment where students can develop their skills with confidence. I adapt lessons according to the student’s learning style, pace, and musical interests. Students begin by learning important Guitar techniques such as chords, strumming patterns, rhythm exercises, scale practice, and finger coordination.
These fundamentals help students build a strong technical base. I communicate concepts clearly and demonstrate techniques so students can easily understand how to apply them. I also use real-life song examples to show how Guitar techniques are used in real music.
Along with Guitar playing, I introduce related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm development, improvisation basics, and songwriting. My goal is to help students enjoy learning Guitar while steadily improving their musical abilities.
