About Chetan
Namaste! I’m a certified yoga teacher based in Pune with a special focus on teaching beginners and those who wish to reconnect with their body and mind through gentle, mindful yoga. My journey into yoga began during a stressful period in my life. I was looking for peace, clarity, and inner strength – and I found all of it through yoga. Since then, I’ve practiced regularly and completed my teacher training to share this powerful practice with others who may be going through similar experiences. I believe yoga is not about perfection, but progress – feeling better, moving with ease, and calming the mind. I teach in a simple, clear way, making sure each student feels comfortable, heard, and supported. With experience teaching adults of different age groups, I create a warm and non-judgmental space for learning. My classes are especially helpful for those dealing with anxiety, stress, or low confidence, as we work not just on the body, but also on the breath and mind. Whether you're looking to improve your flexibility, calm your thoughts, or simply try something new – I’m here to guide you with care and patience.

As a yoga teacher, my approach is calm, supportive, and beginner-friendly. I understand that every student is different, especially when starting out. My focus is on helping you feel comfortable and confident in your body and breath. Teaching Style & Methods: I teach with patience and clarity, breaking down each posture step-by-step. I use simple language and give personal attention to every student, ensuring proper alignment and safety. I also guide breathing and relaxation techniques to help manage stress and bring mental peace. Class Structure: Each session begins with a gentle warm-up, followed by basic asanas (yoga postures), simple pranayama (breathing exercises), and ends with a short meditation or relaxation. Sessions can be 30 to 60 minutes depending on your comfort level.
