About Nikita
I’m Nikita!
I've always loved learning about different cultures and I’ve loved the idea of being able to speak a third language. Ever since I stumbled upon Duolingo as a teenager, I’ve dabbled in different languages but I always quit after a little while. French was the first language that made me fall in love with it and made me stick to learning it. I love the sound of it, find the country and the culture fascinating, and I’m passionate about teaching it to my students.
I have an advanced diploma (around B2 level) in the French language from the University of Delhi where I studied not only the language but also the literature of the country. I would love to share my love for the language with others by teaching it.

Language learning isn't one size fits all. Some people are auditory learners while others are visual learners. Some are kinesthetic learners while others might learn better by writing and reading. That is why I consider it important to give customized guidance to each learner. I’m a huge proponent of using technology and game-based methods as well as traditional learning methods in classes, and like to use them in my classes to teach all four skills (listening, reading, speaking, and writing) one needs to be fluent in a foreign language.
