Hi, I'm **Salim**, a native French speaker and certified translator with a genuine passion for languages and communication.

My goal as a tutor is to make learning French feel natural, enjoyable, and useful in real life. I believe that speaking a language should not feel like a test. That's why I create a relaxed and comfortable environment where you can speak, make mistakes, ask questions, and improve without feeling pressured.

I take the time to understand each student's personality, interests, and goals so that our lessons feel personal rather than like a one-size-fits-all class. Whether you're learning French from scratch, preparing for a trip, improving your conversation skills, or simply want to feel more confident speaking with others, I'll meet you at your level and help you progress step by step.

You don't need to be perfect to start speaking French.

About the lesson

My Approach

I believe one of the best ways to learn a language is to talk about something you genuinely love.

Instead of spending the entire lesson memorizing vocabulary or completing exercises, I encourage my students to talk about their hobbies, interests, favorite movies, music, sports, travel, and everyday life. When you're talking about something you're passionate about, you naturally speak more, think less about making mistakes, and start expressing yourself without translating every word in your head.

My Teaching Method

My lessons are highly conversational and personalized. I get to know what my students are interested in and use those interests as a starting point for real discussions in French.

Movies and music are also a big part of my approach. We can use a song, movie scene, or other real-world material to learn vocabulary, pronunciation, expressions, and the way French is actually spoken.

The goal is not simply to teach you French. The goal is to get you comfortable using French without constantly thinking about how to say everything.

A Typical Lesson

We might start with a simple conversation about your week or something you're interested in. From there, I'll naturally introduce new vocabulary, correct pronunciation, explain grammar when needed, and teach you more natural ways to express yourself.

Then we keep the conversation going.

You learn without feeling like you're constantly "studying."

What Makes Me Different

As a native French speaker and certified translator, I can help you go beyond textbook French and understand how people actually communicate.

I don't expect you to speak perfect French from day one. I want you to speak, make mistakes, learn from them, and keep the conversation going.

Whether you're a complete beginner or already speak French and want to become more fluent, I'll adapt our conversations and lessons to your level, personality, and goals.
