About Amber
I am a student who is wanting to help students raise their self-esteem by being 100% sure of their knowledge and skills towards subjects such as Maths and English. Students regularly find these subjects difficult as they lack the confidence to express their creativity and inspirational thoughts in their work. Furthermore, by gaining more confidence, your child will be able to partake in class discussions which may lead to the development of a future student leader. My tutoring will allow your child to prove themselves past their grades and take initiative to communicate with peers and higher ups.

Resources will be provided for math tutoring for years 7, 8, 9, 10 with the length of the lesson ranging from 1 to 2 hours.
My lessons are for year levels ranging from year 2 (age 7) to year 9 and will begin off with consolidating the basics before venturing further into more advanced formulas, equations, and sentence structure.
The lesson will begin with the child demonstrating their knowledge through a small and simple quiz. This will allow me to get a grasp of where their level is at. After that, I will set out exercises for each week in which they will complete before the next lesson, allowing them to ask questions on parts they are unsure about. If the child is struggling with a certain topic, we will revisit the basics of that topic to allow for a solid understanding before learning additional methods.
