Since her childhood, Sarmistha is a good student, very good at Mathematics. She believes the best way to understand mathematics is to make it understand to someone, this is what she has been practising since her childhood. Only being a good student doesn't guarantee being a good teacher as well, but Sarmistha has the ability to make things understand to others easily. This is something very important, unless a teacher is able to make things understand to students, he or she can never be successful. In addition to this, Sarmistha has the patience which is very much needed in teaching profession, to deal with students. A cool mind, patience and excellent communication ability is what it needs to be a good teacher and Sarmistha has all of these qualities. Therefore I strongly believe Sarmistha will prove to be a great teacher.

Her way of teaching is very nice. She has a good oriented process to complete whole syllabus from basics to advance within simulated time. She makes a subject very interesting. Surely a great teacher.
