About Sebastien

I am a student and now, i want to give some lessons for double bass and electric bass. I already have several students ( for electric bass and musical improvisation) who have asked me to teach them after seeing me in concert. I've been graduated from a French Musical Studies Diploma.

About the lesson

My method is to approach my instrument as simply as possible, to work slowly, as efficiently as possible while respecting your body and mind. I would focus on technique which then is a solid base to start playing really smoothly and naturally. Being an electric rock bassist (La Poudre, ex-Muphin), ex-accompanist of singer Filansen in Burgundy (France). I can approach several styles (Reggae, rock, metal, jazz, French song, chicago blues ..) On the double bass, we can also do advanced work for the use of the classical and jazz bow as well as deepen the positioning to the instrument and pure acoustic playing (pizzicati).
