My view of education is based on one central and profound concept: understanding concepts leads to confidence and ultimate success. I believe that all students can find their best level of performance when they understand where their skill and knowledge exists, rather just repeating facts. I breakdown complex concepts into a series of simple and sequential steps. I use my experience to engage the class in the lesson.
