Molecular labeling and post-translational modifications of proteins. 11. Transfer of genetic material in bacteria, yeasts and plants. 12. PCR and its variants. Workshop of design of primers, qPCR and qRT-PCR 13. Electrophoresis of nucleic acids and proteins; Blotting techniques 14. Understand the molecular principles that underlie the various existing techniques for the study and manipulation of nucleic acids and their use to answer biological questions. 4. Dimension the new perspectives of Molecular Biology in light of the recent achievements in genomics, transcriptomics and proteomics and its close connection with the area of bioinformatics / computational biology. 5.
