My teaching approach is very individualized. Each student will get an approach based on their learning style while I get to know them. Students are able and taught to advocate for themselves and propose things that might help them be successful. Along with that I independent things, ways of learning, and test to see if it fits the individual. After receiving feedback we see what works and what doesn’t.
