About Robert

I am a medical student currently pursuing my MD, with a BS in Neuroscience and an MS in Neurophysiology. I have maintained a top-1% GPA and have spent over seven years mentoring and tutoring students in STEM subjects. I also helped run a nonprofit college-preparation program, where I supported students with study strategies, academic planning, and confidence building.

I specialize in helping students who feel overwhelmed by math, statistics, or science, as well as high-achieving students aiming for top grades and competitive programs. My approach focuses on breaking complex topics into simple, step-by-step explanations and teaching students how to study effectively and manage test anxiety.

I believe tutoring should build independence and confidence, not just short-term results. My goal is to help students truly understand the material and develop skills they can use throughout their academic careers.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m a medical student with a BS in Neuroscience and an MS in Neurophysiology, and I’ve been mentoring and tutoring students for over 7 years. I previously helped run a nonprofit college-preparation program and love helping students build confidence and succeed in challenging STEM subjects.
I work with high school, college, adult learners, and pre-med students — whether you’re struggling to pass or aiming for top grades.
