Studying Childhood and Youth Studies Degree While Working as a Teaching Assistant in SEN School

I first met Esther shortly after I began my first year as a SEND teacher. I only qualified a year before that. I had a long journey to teaching, beginning as a teaching assistant and studying with Open University.
