About Paolo
I have 6 years of experience teaching piano and guiding students from different academic backgrounds towards musical excellence. My journey as an educator has been shaped by my deep love for music and my commitment to student growth. I teach school and college learners, helping them progress step by step from basic notes to advanced compositions.
A significant milestone in my career was seeing my students receive appreciation and recognition for their performances in school programmes and competitions. I focus strongly on correct posture, finger strength, rhythm control, and music reading skills. I believe piano education helps develop concentration, patience, and creativity.

My piano teaching methodology is focused on developing both technical proficiency and expressive musicality. I begin by assessing each student’s current level, learning style, and personal goals, and then design structured lessons that include finger exercises, scales, chords, rhythm training, and song practice.
Motivation plays a key role; I encourage students through achievable milestones, positive reinforcement, and regular feedback to help them build confidence and maintain consistent practice.
Communication is clear and patient, helping students understand note reading, hand coordination, tempo, dynamics, phrasing, and articulation. Integrity guides my teaching style, ensuring lessons are well-prepared, punctual, and focused on real progress.
Creativity is nurtured through improvisation, composing simple melodies, exploring different musical genres, and encouraging personal expression. In addition to piano, I also teach sight reading, ear training, music theory, and keyboard fundamentals for comprehensive musical development.
