About Cindy
If you’re tired of constantly restarting diets, avoiding photos, feeling uncomfortable in your clothes or losing weight only to gain it all back again, you’re not alone.
After gaining weight following pregnancy, I know how overwhelming weight loss can feel when you’re exhausted, busy and trying to do everything for everyone else. I also know how frustrating it is to feel like nothing works long term.
I created this coaching approach for women who want to lose weight in a realistic and sustainable way without calorie obsession, extreme dieting or feeling guilty around food. My coaching focuses on:
• Learning how to eat well without restriction
• Reducing cravings naturally
• Understanding hunger and hormones
• Building habits that fit around real life
• Improving confidence and relationship with food
• Creating sustainable weight loss that actually lasts
This is a supportive, judgement-free space where you can feel understood, supported and finally stop feeling at war with food and your body.
