I am a yoga teacher, SEN (Special Educational Needs) worker and Vedic philosopher.

I began my Yoga journey during the pregnancy of my youngest child Bianca in 2002 through classes that taught Hatha Yoga.

I have been giving zoom classes with groups of 10 students every weekend.

My classes brings together meditation, breathing and yoga for a lesson that is relaxing and invigorating and a perfect way to start the day. My students primarily are at an intermediate level and the classes focus on Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga.
