About JINXIN

I am a full-time private tutor. I have taught for more than one and a half years and I have brought many students from failing to distinctions. My students are able to learn well because I teach them from the perspective of a recent graduate. Hence, I am able to share exactly how I managed to achieve what I did when I was a student myself. Students are able to freely chat with me like I am their friend, and this makes it more enjoyable and less awkward for them to learn. Besides just teaching the subject, I also share how to tackle school as a whole, how to find a balance as a student and still excel.

About the lesson

I like to first conduct an analysis to gauge the student's strengths and weaknesses. We can then discuss and decide if it is necessary to conduct topical lessons or to focus more on practices and consultations.
Typically lessons would range from 90-120 minutes.
All materials will be prepared for the student, the student will just need to follow the schedule and plan.
Lesson structure is flexible to changes should any issues surface.

I have been doing private tutoring for the past one and a half years, having taught about a dozen of students whom have all seen major jump in grades.
In every subject that I teach, I have fully mastered them in my own education journey and hence I teach what I have learnt from the perspective of a student so as to relate more to the students that I am teaching.

I teach O levels Mathematics and Additional Mathematics, together with A levels Economics too.
