About Iris

I am a guitar tutor with over 2 years of teaching experience and a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Guitar Studies. I love helping students develop advanced ear training skills. Lessons focus on transcribing solos, recognizing chord progressions by ear, and perfecting pitch recognition.

I guide students to understand harmonic and melodic structures intuitively. Exercises strengthen relative and perfect pitch while enhancing improvisation skills. Lessons are interactive, engaging, and tailored to your goals.

Students gain confidence in performing, composing, and analyzing music by ear. Together, we develop a deeper, more creative connection to the guitar. Each lesson equips you to play and understand music with precision and artistry.

About the lesson
