==My Teaching Method and Techniques==
->Direct Instruction: I demonstrate a clear example first so my students see exactly how to do the task.
->Scaffolding: I break the skill down step by step and slowly remove my support as they improve.
->Immediate Feedback: I watch my students work, catch mistakes, and show them how to do it.
->Socratic Prompting: As students progress, I stop them at mistakes and ask targeted questions so they discover the error themselves.
->Mastery Learning: I repeat practice and correction until my students prove they can do the work.
->Formative Assessment: I use a final unassisted quiz to measure their true, independent learning.
==My Typical Lesson Plan==
-Step 1: Check Knowledge
I ask quick questions to see what my students already know about the topic.
-Step 2: Teacher Example
I solve one problem myself.
I talk out loud so my students hear my exact thinking process.
-Step 3: Guided Practice
I have my student do the next problem.
I watch them closely while they work.
-Step 4: Fix and Repeat (Dynamic Feedback)
Early Lessons: I point out errors instantly and explain how to fix the mistake.
Later Lessons: I stop them when they make a mistake, but I ask guiding questions until they find the answer themselves.
The Goal: I give them new problems until they can complete them flawlessly
-Step 5: Final Quiz
I give a short test with a few problems at the end.
I do not help or correct them during this time.
I grade it afterward to see if they truly understand the concept.
