About Hyunjun
My name is Edan, and I am a 2nd year student at University College London. I started playing chess when I was 15 years old, and started my over-the-board career when I was 17. I have won several regional tournaments since, and I am currently playing for my university's chess team. I enjoy playing football in my free time (huge Arsenal fan!), and I am currently learning Spanish.

I prepare flexible lessons based on the needs of the student. For students that are starting out, I prepare structured, interactive coursework that builds the foundations of chess. Lessons will typically consist of a central theme (opening principles, endgame strategies, etc.) with examples, followed by puzzles that test the tactical application of these themes. For more competitive students, the lessons will be based on analysing the needs of students based on their previous games. We will delve into more complex concepts that the student needs to push their game to the next level.
