Teaching math for class VI to VIII online and offline for English medium students

Rs 100 per hour if students come to my home subject to maximum of 5 students in one class. Fee payable in advance for 3 days.
Rs 100 per hour for online class. Fee payable in advance for 3 days.
Rs 400 per hour for 5 days subject to max 5 students in class. Fee payable in advance for 5 days if student come to my home. Same but Rs 300 for online class.
Rs 800 per hour for 10 days subject to max 5 students in class. Fee payable in advance for 10 days if students come to my home. Same but Rs 600 for online class.
Fee and transport will be different if I come to home of student, which should be within 5 km from my house.
