About Joe
I have always been someone who enjoys teaching and the ability to share some of the things I've learnt during my studies.
I am a powerlifting coach as my main employment, working with mostly university students to achieve their strongest and physically resistant selves. Seeing them perform and excel well beyond what they thought possible is what really drew me to the profession. And seeing as I have recently finished my studies, I thought why not try and see students succeed in academia as well as sporting endeavours.

I believe the best way for students to learn is a chalk and talk style lesson, with the student attempting problems themselves both with and without supervision.
Lessons can be anything between 30 and 90 minutes depending on what works best for the student.
During my master's I worked as a personal tutor and as a lab assistant for undergraduate students. As well as volunteering at my local scout troop for the last 6 years, attending 11-day summer camps.
Mostly looking for year 9 (GCSE Years) up to A-level students. Willing to accept 1st or 2nd year University Physics students.
