About Lauren
I graduated from a noted University in New York City called The New School with a BA degree in Media in Developing Countries. I went on to receive an MA in Exercise Rehabilitation. I have traveled in around 60 countries and am currently traveling while I teach.

You should take lessons from me because I am fun! Attempting to learn a language is hard work. As an adult it's hard to go back to school. If you're still in school that's hard .Anyone taking additional classes to try to improve shouldn't dread class. I think we retain new information easier if we're happy. Can you tell I am also a Kundalini yoga teacher?
