About Ash
Hello! Nice to meet you!
My name is Aisling, and I'm currently studying for my undergraduate degree in Birmingham. Once I have graduated, I aspire to complete a PGCE in primary education and be a teacher.
I am very friendly, open and understanding. I will not judge you if you make mistakes - we are all human!
I love to travel, take photos, watch films and look after animals. I have recently had a gap year where I spent five months as an Au Pair to two girls aged 12 and 15. It was one of the most wonderful experiences of my life. I loved learning about their culture and found so much joy in helping them progress with their English.
To summarise:
-Achieved A* and an A in GCSE English Language and Literature.
-Taught English in Poland for five months.
-120 hour TEFL qualified.
I hope we can do the same soon :)

I am open to finding the best technique suited for your needs as everyone is different, and no method fits all. I prefer to have fun with my lessons and teach at speed appropriate for you.
My lessons are best suited for those of GCSE/ secondary school age, as well as primary school ages. I have previous experience tutoring people to pass their GCSE's. For example, a girl in my class was learning English as a second language during year 10. This meant that she had a year to learn and pass her GCSE's. Thus, with my help, she went from an F to a B within the year.
