I have TA'ing and tutoring for the last 10 years, but I have been a lecturer in accelerated organic chemistry classes for the last 2 years. This involved being able to work with large groups of students to individual tutoring of students who wanted it.

I am a graudated Ph. D. with a break from the chemistry bench looking to use the skills learned over the past 10 years of TA'ing and Lecturing to help students overcome the fear of that dreaded class Organic Chem. And if you want lower division chem.
General I take a bottom up approach looking for early concepts that have been missed or misunderstood. I do this through specific problems that force students into these concepts. Then through answer and question we generally are able to reach understanding of the topics.
