About Ben

I have been working on my own self-development and fitness as part of my other jobs for years and when I found personal coaching it was the perfect opportunity to bring everything together. I have spent a lot of time working with people from all sorts of backgrounds, ages and situations as a mentor, a tutor and a sounding board.

About the lesson

All sessions are tailored to your specific needs and desired outcomes. We will work together to create a step-by-step plan and guide to get you where you wish to be. We set times for reviews and regular check-ins.

Our first session will be on Zoom, we will have the chance to get to know each other and see if we would like to work together and if so what type of plan we need, this session will be an hour or less. Future sessions can be on Zoom or in your home, no travel fee for destinations within 15 mins travel time.
