About Eric
I’m a dedicated student and a proven teacher (through team leadership). I focus on simplifying complicated ideas, explaining the "why" of concepts for deeper understanding, and adapting to each student’s learning style. My goal is to make learning more fulfilling and help students build confidence.

I start by understanding what the student already knows, what they are struggling with, and what they need to accomplish. From there, I break difficult concepts into manageable pieces, explain the reasoning behind them, and use targeted practice to make sure they can apply the material independently. I prioritize understanding over memorization.
