About Chris
I have been giving both group lectures and personal lessons for about 5 years. I have mostly taught teenagers and younger children, but have also given lessons to others interested in the game. My students have gone on to become anything from intermediate to expert level chess players, depending on how much effort they contribute.

I am a certified FIDE master who has played chess competitively for the last 15 years and I have experience teaching players of all levels from absolute beginner to expert. I use a variety of methods from tactical exercises to positional analysis during lessons. Above all, I like to keep the game fun and interesting for everyone!
