Hi! I’m a dedicated A-Level specialist with a passion for helping students master Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry.
I haven't always been a straight-A student. Early in my A-Levels, I often found myself floating around C and B grades. I knew the content reasonably well, but I felt trapped because my effort wasn't converting into top marks on test papers. It was frustrating and discouraging—until I shifted my approach entirely. Through focused experience, dissecting past papers, and studying how examiners actually award marks, everything clicked. I went on to achieve A*AA in Maths, Biology, and Chemistry, proving to myself that top grades aren't about natural talent—they are about strategy.
My mentoring journey began at Greenhead College in Huddersfield, where I served as a Peer Mentor. Having recently been in the exact position of feeling stuck, I loved helping fellow students break through their grade plateaus, rebuild their academic confidence, and master the exact exam techniques needed for success.
Knowing the theory is only half the battle at A-Level—the real difference between a C/B and an A/A* comes down to scientific precision, clear mathematical logic, and hitting the exact keywords examiners demand.
