About the lesson

My teaching methodology is simple: I aim to connect with my students through meaningful conversations to ensure their comfort throughout the learning process. I always seek feedback from my students after delivering a lesson. I cultivate a positive environment in my classroom by encouraging my students to approach learning new concepts with curiosity and creativity.

I have mostly taught teenagers between the ages of 10 and 16 years. My students are from middle school to high school level. Capturing the attention of teenagers towards subjects like Math and Science is a daunting task; however, I effectively manage to keep them engaged by avoiding overwhelming them. I teach difficult topics at the pace the students request. I also like to give short 5-10 minute breaks between my classes or play quick games with my students to recharge them.

My classes usually consist of 10-15 students. For my lesson plans, I always give my students a heads-up before introducing a new topic, which helps them prepare in advance for the upcoming class. I also assign short follow-up assignments so that they can solidify their understanding of what has been taught in class. Finally, I conduct weekly quizzes to assess the progress of each student.

I have often heard teenagers complain about the actual benefits of studying concepts like Algebra and Trigonometry. What sets me apart as a tutor is my unwavering commitment to fostering a deep understanding of such concepts. With 4 years of experience and a background in Chemical Engineering, I bring a fresh perspective that demystifies complex concepts.
