About Frank
I am a certified master instructor and headmaster of the American Jung Do Kwan Society, holding an 8th Dan. I am also the International Executive Director of the Korean Martial Arts Instructor's Association. Additionally, I am the system inheritor for Haemukwan Hapkido. Additionally, I am a research quality assurance engineer in the medical device community.

My teaching methods are a synthesis of traditional Korean martial art methods and modern pedagogies/andragogies. As a former professor (Southern New Hampshire University), I bring a modern approach of a trained educator to the class. I also encourage Socratic discourse.

Association fees, uniforms, and promotion fees are extra. No show/no contacts are billed at the $35.00 an hour rate. Cancellations that are less that six hours in advance of a scheduled class will be billed at the student's normal rate.
