Hello!
So, I’m a solo parent, and naturally it all falls to me. Starting out with my little one, weaning actively scared me. Whether to do baby led or traditional weaning, what to feed him, *when* to start it, how to start incorporating food into the milk feeds and getting the right nutrition for each stage!
I was fortunate in that I had a good “village” who passed down recipes, tidbits of wisdom and a combination of utterly useless and utterly priceless advice. I hope that I can take the guess work out for you!

Hello! Just started or just about to wean and don’t want to fork out a fortune for prepackaged purée? Butter pasta again? There’s so many questions about when to wean, what food to offer, what to avoid, etc. It’s daunting! And harder yet to answer “what’s for dinner?” Add on top of that, as much as I wish otherwise, chocolate spread is not a meal!
Good nutrition is a springboard for life and I hope to be able to help you and your family find new favourites, or just a helping hand getting started!

- Please specify the stage you require (Stage 1: Purees, Stage 2: Transition to soft & lumpy then to soft finger food, Stage 3: Chopped & Minced foods, Stage 4: Family meals)
- Stages 1 & 2 will include two recipes per lesson
- Stages 3 & 4 will include one recipe per lesson (This is due to time restraints)
- I will send you a choice of three recipes and provide a shopping list 48h before the lesson for the selected meals
