About Joshua
I just graduated UNC Asheville with a major in applied mathematics and with a minor in neuroscience. I was always an honor student throughout middle and high school, but I have only tutored friends and relatives and helped my little brother with his math homework for years.

My teaching method is to help discover and memorize shortcuts and ways to better remember material. I gauge where the student is at by listening and understanding their questions and walking them through example problems. I ask the students to use and understand memory techniques to help them remember what they need to know for the test.
