Henry Harris is a distinguished musician and aspiring composer. He graduated from Varina High School in Henrico, VA and is currently pursuing his Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Performance with a concentration in Trombone at Elizabeth City State University in Elizabeth City, NC.
With a passion for performance and composition, He strives to develop his skills in both areas. Even before reaching his current academic pursuits, he achieved remarkable feats. In his senior year of high school, he was granted the opportunity to perform with the Petersburg Symphony, an experience that shaped his musical journey. To this day, he continues to be an active member of the symphony.
Mr. Harris dedication to music led him to join various ensembles and groups. He became an integral part of the Richmond Nativity Pageant Brass Choir, the Richmond City Jazz Band, and a trombone choir called BoneFire. During the summer, you may find him performing with the Accord Symphony Orchestra in Washington, D.C., gracing renowned venues like the Kennedy Center.
