About Zhi Yun Sylvia
My approach to teaching is step by step, making sure they understand and make friends with the topic. I will suggest 1 hour to 1 hour 30 mins, as to not overexhaust and also maximize their focus on the topic. I used to tutor classmates and juniors in my high school for math, so I have the skill to easily talk to kids of this generation. I previously worked as an intern for a diploma in a hotel, and I am currently a degree student.

I am 20 years old and have experience working in another industry and also experience tutoring my peers in math. I have a different approach to teaching; it's not the typical traditional teaching where I just say everything and give you questions. I will create activities, guide you slowly, and I believe that to make sure a student enjoys learning is to let them feel safe talking to you about not only homework but about themselves as well. I am really friendly and open-minded, a current bachelor's degree student. I am able to relate to you and will help you closely with topics and subjects you are struggling with.
