I am in education industry, working as an IT executive. The reason why I want to teach is to be honest, to earn extra income. But more than that, I would like to change the way students were taught to learn and be creative with the lesson!

My approach is subjective. I will observe the students understanding on general approach and tweak it to accommodate to students’ ability to learn and apply. My approach is usually unconventional as it worked with my other students as general way is too boring.
