About Claire
I'm a study skills coach and tutor well-versed in psychology related subjects with experience in: SPSS related statistics, social sciences literature research skills and core psychology units in undergraduate study. I'm currently undertaking Honours in Psychology, so I understand where you are coming from.
I'm ADHD-friendly and currently run an ADHD support & accountability support group. I've managed an online tutoring/study skills group with students across Australia, who were studying everything from psychology, to theatre studies, and design.

Spend most of your time muttering 'wtf is going on, and what am I supposed to do?' Need a study approach that actually works for your brain?
I blend support with problem-solving to match your unique way of learning. Together we can make complex concepts -click- by building deeper understanding & developing practical study strategies that fit your needs. This includes:
- Note-taking techniques that finally make sense to you
- Break down assessments into tasks and milestones
- Research methods that cut through the overwhelm
- Time management + structured accountability
- Focus strategies tailored to your working style
Whether it's figuring out where to start on an assessment, prepping for exams, or staying on track with deadlines, I can provide regular accountability whilst helping you with skills that last beyond our sessions. My goal is to help you design and implement your personal roadmap to make academic work interesting and sustainable.
I don't have any fixed method and work from where you are at. Sessions can last between 15-minute accountability check-ins to an hour or two brainstorming, planning and implementing. I also offer an additional accountability service, checking in with goals, track progress and help with any task paralysis and the 'stuck' feeling.
I love teaming up with people who have been winging it by the seat of their pants, and want to make a change, but have no idea where to begin.
