About Harry
I graduated from UCSD in 1995 and immediately started working with youth of all ages. I worked as a YMCA Summer Camp Surf Counselor, Club Level Soccer Coach and Substitute Teacher from 1995 to 2000 before going to CSUSM to recieve my BCLAD High School Teaching Credential. I continued working in the field of education which included private tutoring from 2001 to 2005 before shifting careers and becoming a Senior Project Manager in Telecommunications.

My teaching methodology is based on teaching and understanding the concepts behind the information being taught rather than just teaching them how to do something. In this way students are able to retain the information for life and build their own confidence regarding their personal intelligence and knowledge. This also develops a thirst for knowledge and a desire to expand their personal education. Additionally I allow my students to figure out the answers to problems or questions by showing them how they would figure it out on their own thereby building their self-confidence.
