As a dedicated, adaptive educator with a degree in architecture from the University of Cape Town and over 12 years of experience in design, innovation, and private education, I bring a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to my teaching.

My expertise spans English, art, design, CAD, and music, enabling me to deliver tailored, engaging lessons that inspire students to reach their full potential.

At my core as a collaborative guide, I aim to create an easy-going atmosphere that allows students to grasp complex concepts without the stress often associated with learning, ensuring they enjoy the process and reinforce their skills for the long term.

Fluent in both English and Serbo-Croatian, I teach all levels, from complete beginners to business professionals. My approach combines blended, direct, differentiated, and student-centered methodologies, adapting to each student's unique needs.

With a strong background in design thinking, human-centered design, and systems thinking, I excel at breaking down complex problems, helping students achieve their goals and desired skill levels.

About the lesson

In my student-centered learning methodology, I adapt my teaching to each student's goals and learning pace across various subjects, including English, art, design, CAD, and music. Whatever your level, your personalized lesson plan will help you grow at your own pace.

As a fluent, native-level speaker of English and Serbo-Croatian, I teach all levels, from complete beginners to business professionals, enhancing effective communication in conversational English. I also have a good understanding of Afrikaans and a rudimentary grasp of German and Italian. My passion for education as a lifelong learner drives my commitment to helping students thrive.

As a strong direct instruction leader in all the subjects I offer, I clearly communicate foundational concepts while remaining adaptive. At the core of my approach, I am a collaborative guide, fostering an interactive learning environment.

In teaching English, I excel in helping complete beginners gain the confidence to engage in conversation while also supporting intermediate learners in developing their skills further. For advanced students, I incorporate differentiated learning, providing and helping students easily navigate complex challenges that promote critical thinking and creativity.

For example, while teaching CAD, beginners receive step-by-step guidance through the software's basics, while advanced students tackle real-world projects or problems that require innovative problem-solving.

I encourage independence and exploration as students gain confidence and skills, offering personalized feedback in a relaxed, hands-on environment to ensure that each student feels engaged and supported throughout their learning journey.
