About Phuong-Thao

As mentioned, I am currently an Education student with a passion for researching and teaching social science subjects. I particularly enjoy discussing global issues with students, especially in the context of education. I achieved an A in Sociology and earned first-class honours in my first two years at university. Additionally, I am proud to be a Global Future Scholar at The University of Manchester, receiving a £5000 scholarship for each academic year. I would love the opportunity to share my thoughts with you, and together, we can explore our shared love for sociology :)

About the lesson

During my A-Level years, I have achieved 3A for Sociology, Mathematics and Business Studies. During university, I achieved first class in the first 2 years. As an Education student who has a year of experience in tutoring English for Vietnamese students, I am committed to a fun, interactive and tailored lesson. Apart from teaching the base knowledge of the curriculum, I will be able to tailor the lesson based on students' needs (e.g., homework, request to learn a specific chapter, etc.). I will assist students with doing homework and assignments, as well as to cover the chapter(s) that they find difficult to understand at school. The length and frequency of the lesson is upon request of the students.
