About Kaustubh
I am a dedicated and reliable mathematics tutor with a strong academic background and proven teaching experience. I have completed IGCSE and A Level Mathematics and am currently an undergraduate student studying mathematics and statistics. I have over three years of tutoring experience, including one and a half years at a tutoring center and two years of freelance tutoring.
I specialize in teaching middle school, high school, and VCE Mathematics. I am familiar with the VCE curriculum and study design, and I structure my lessons to closely align with what students are learning at school. My approach is supportive and structured, with a strong focus on building confidence, understanding, and long-term success in math.

My tutoring approach focuses on building strong foundations and confidence through clear, structured teaching. I explain concepts step by step, focus on understanding rather than memorization, and use worked examples and targeted practice to reinforce learning. Lessons are tailored to each student’s pace and learning style.
A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes and includes concept explanation, guided practice, and exam style questions. I achieved an A* in A Level Mathematics and an A in A Level Further Mathematics. I have taught at a tutoring center for one and a half years and have over two years of freelance tutoring experience.
I teach middle school and high school students, including VCE Mathematics, and closely follow the Victorian curriculum to ensure lessons align with what students are learning at school.
