About Lily
I am a 4th year physics student currently studying at the University of Sydney, on exchange from the University of Edinburgh, a world top-20 university. I am giving private lessons in maths and physics, and have experience tutoring both of these subjects. I am a high-achieving student who has achieved top grades in these subjects throughout high school and university, so I have a wealth of knowledge in the techniques required to succeed in these subjects. However, I used to lack confidence so I also know what it is like to struggle and what to do about it!

I focus on inspiring confidence in students who may lack it, and bringing across my own enthusiasm for maths and physics. I teach methodically - we will learn methods for each kind of problem that can be applied step by step, so that when students are faced with a certain kind of problem they can see the path to completing it successfully. I believe that anyone can succeed in maths and physics, and will encourage my students every step of the way.
