Dan an I met at work and briefly collaborated in a laboratory synthesizing pharmaceutical compounds, giving me firsthand insight into his technical skill and work ethic. He is friendly, clear, patient, and very good at breaking down complex chemistry concepts into something intuitive and manageable. He adapts his explanations to the person’s level and focuses on real understanding rather than rote memorization.
