About RAY ELIZABETH DOMINIC
I have always been interested in the production and dissemination of knowledge. It stems from
two simple yet widely profound actions: The actions of loving and of being curious. All that love
and all that curiosity accumulates and manifests as the vigor to share the knowledge I have acquired
with the world. I love learning about the brain, and I am curious about the brain, hence I want to
share what I learn to anyone who’d listen. In addition, I love, care about and am curious about
several intelligences not limited to human intelligence. From a paramecium that remembers where
it's been to the slime mold that reorganized Tokyo’s subway network in the most efficient manner,
all intelligences are of interest to me.
In other words, my teaching philosophy is built on the foundations of love and curiosity. I would
simply be sharing knowledge about what nature evolved, broadening the students’ scope of
imagination for what could exist. That is my main goal with regard to teaching: to assist with
broadening the scope of the students’ imagination.

My method will be teaching you how to ask the right questions. Let's say you want to learn about collision theory in chemistry: if you want to understand the difference between kinds of collisions in chemistry and kinds of collisions in physics, a fundamental question you'd have to ask is, what does chemistry seek to study.
