About Conor

Hello, I’m Conor and I’m currently in my second year studying Financial Mathematics and Economics at the University of Galway, where I have consistently achieved 1.1 (First Class Honors) grades in my university examinations.

Having sat the Leaving Cert exams recently myself, I know firsthand how easy it is to get overwhelmed by Math. Classroom teaching moves fast, and complex topics are often taught with rigid rules rather than clear understanding. My goal is to bridge that gap.

I use advanced mathematics daily in my degree, but when tutoring, I strip everything down to simple understanding. I focus on breaking down tricky chapters into simple, repeatable steps so students build real confidence and target top exam grades.

About the lesson

Every lesson is structured, interactive, and completely tailored to what you need help with.

I will break down core theory using clear, step-by-step methods and enforce these through State Examination and mock paper questions. I will also show you exactly how the SEC awards partial credit so you know how to pick up essential attempt marks on every question.

Lessons are delivered online via Zoom using a digital whiteboard. After every session, I'll send you high-resolution PDF exports of all our notes so you can revise easily. These grinds are ideal for Leaving Certificate and Junior Cycle students at both Higher and Ordinary levels who want to build real confidence and maximize their exam grades.
