Aeronautical Engineering first year at the University of Surrey. I am offering Maths lessons for all levels up to A-Level standard. I enjoy teaching maths to interested students regardless of ability and I look forward to being able to teach you.

I aim to teach in a interactive way with the tutee, where conversation and asking questions are encouraged, in order to completely iron out any misunderstandings they may have. Being a student, I am able to view problems from their perspective, and apply previous experience as a student in order to effectively teach the most confusing of topics.
I have taught a range of students through volunteering from Y6 up to Y13 students, and have helped many pick up areas they are not confident with.
I teach through multiple explained examples and repetitive testing. I teach the method, and then make the tutee replicate it through consistent practice. I can fix misconceptions through step by step working through the solution in the case of an error.
I am open to lesson lengths of your choosing, from 15 minute queries up to 60 minute full lessons. Longer lessons can be arranged later on. Lessons I provide are aimed to run alongside the tutee's school curriculum and I will need details on the course taken to provide effective support.
