My name is Soorena, and I teach in Persian/Farsi and English. I am a dedicated tutor with a strong academic background at the University of Toronto, being able to graduate my BSc with High Distinction in Neuroscience, Physiology, and Immunology.

My name is Soorena, and I provide tutoring in math and science to students in Grades K–12. I support students across a range of subjects and levels, from Grade 9 and 10 applied and academic courses to Grade 11 and 12 university- and college-level advanced functions, calculus and biology.
A typical lesson begins with a quick review of past material, followed by interactive problem-solving, and finishes with practical exercises to solidify conceptual understanding.
My goal is not only to allow my students to learn the study material but also to give them the tools I have personally used to create independent and capable students.
