My personal approach allows me to design a lesson plan based on how they perform on the current material they are being provided. This allows me to determine a starting point for the students learning so I can plan future lessons. My teaching level is aimed at high school students looking to improve their math marks in order to make honor roll and/or gain acceptance to the university of their choosing.
