I feel so lucky to have had the opportunity to learn Spanish with Pat. She makes sure that the pace is just right – never too fast, but never too slow either. She always checks in to see if everyone is comfortable with the material before moving forward. With her teaching I’ve gained a ton of confidence with my conversational Spanish.

She is incredibly patient and encouraging, and I love how she wrapped up each class with a “what have we learned today” review.

Pat is an incredible Spanish teacher and her approach is unique, effective and enjoyable. Rather than just a "book" learning approach, she leads with an immersive conversational class so that we can learn by speaking and listening. I personally loved when we were reading magazines together online and discussing the styles, clothing, prices/costs/numbers in real-time. Such a clever and practical lesson. She's also very thoughtful and went out of her way to record herself and her daughter reading a children's story in Spanish so that I could share it with my 4-year old and practice Spanish with her. Highly recommend!
