About Iris
My teaching methodology for singing combines Accountability, Creativity, Flexibility, and Empathy to help students grow and succeed. I emphasize accountability by setting clear goals and tracking progress, encouraging students to stay committed to their vocal journey. Creativity is nurtured through exploration of different musical genres and techniques, allowing students to discover and develop their unique style. I adapt my approach to each student, offering flexibility in learning and providing support based on individual needs. With empathy, I create a safe and encouraging environment where students feel confident expressing themselves. In addition to singing, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, performance techniques, and songwriting to provide a well-rounded musical foundation.
