About Dan
I have been helping clients and friends get I. Their best shape possible for over 10 years now. I believe in always being the hardest worker in the room. That mindset has allowed me to train all different walks of life from federal law enforcement officers, firemen, teachers, professional fighters and athletes of all levels. My name is Dan Bolger out of rolling meadows Illinois and involved in boxing/ combat sports for over 20 years. I have fought in Multiple golden gloves tournaments, have over 30 amateur fights. I believe boxing training helps over come obstacles outside the ring and gets you in the best shape for any other sport or interest you have.
